This sweet image was the product of a conversation on a recent flight to Miami. I had the privilege of chatting with Carey Newman, Director of Baylor University Press, who told me about some of the great work that Baylor publishes.
The conversation then turned to leadership and the tools that leaders have at their disposal, and Carey then offered the above awesome tidbit, which he was kind enough to provide in an email after we met.
