In the old days, back when people had real jobs, you told people what you did: I’m a carpenter. I’m a doctor. I’m a steelworker. I’m a housewife. And so forth.
But we no longer do that, now that nobody knows what anyone does anymore, now that all the real jobs have been outsourced to China.
So instead of telling people what we do, we tell people why we’re so AWESOME.
Because being AWESOME is the only game in town. Being AWESOME is all that matters.
