[Show notes:]
We had the chance to catch up with the amazing Tim Ferriss. Tim is a fascinating, inspiring guy, and old friend of gapingvoid, and our interview with him is full of great quotes and memorable Ferriss-isms…
Here are links to some of the things touched on in the show… Enjoy!

Looks like the video of the trailer has been removed from YouTube. Someone should contact Tim about this.
argh – I couldn’t listen to the interview, because Hugh talked wayyy too much.
Man, if you invite a guest like Tim, you got to let the man SPEAK, and not interrupt him all the time ;(
Sorry you feel that way. Hopefully I’ll get better at this as I go along. I’m still learning, still in “Don’t quit your day job” mode 😀
Awesome ! I did really like your other podcasts, so I’m eager to see that. I have seen a couple shows with Chase Jarvis as well, and he also tends to out-talk his interviewees – still luv him though.
Disagree about Hugh talking too much. I’ve listened to lots of Tim Ferriss interviews and I want to hear things I haven’t heard before rather than standard promo-centred Q&A. It’s a conversation, and I’m as interested in Hugh’s views as I am Tim’s.
The only thing I would say is sort the volume levels out! Please raise the overall sound volume and equalise the voices.
Thanks for putting these podcasts out.
The person talking in the background should improve his listening skill. Tim’s contribution were very interesting, but the selfcentered comments from the beforementioned person were disturbing.
I am a big fan of both Hugh and Tim, really liked this interview / pod-cast. I don’t agree that Hugh talked too much, as Luke said it flows more like a conversation, which I like. It reminded me of the videos which Tim does with Kevin Rose.
I would love to hear a longer pod-cast though, maybe 1 1/2 hours+ 🙂
Reading ‘Letters from a Stoic’ on Tims recommendation and its a great book.
