Here’s a question: when should you *feel* successful?
When do you start thinking of yourself *as* successful?
When you make a million dollars? When you achieve that milestone you’ve been dreaming about? When you hit the news, or get the corner office?
How about… when you can really see your vision coming to life when you turn around and realize that you are working with great people doing meaningful work?
Instead of measuring success by numbers, you measure it by the amount of connection and *gratitude* you feel about your ability to do something that matters with people who you genuinely respect.
Gratitude is not just a nice virtue your granny taught you. It’s a powerful sign that you’re doing something right.
