There are a lot of teamwork platitudes out there, doing the motivational poster circuit.
Which is fine, if the sentiment on the poster is actually meant in a sincere and heartfelt way.
Otherwise it’s not OK. It just makes the person who hung the poster up seem a bit of an ass.
It’s hard to be a leader and an ass at the same time…
