Erica joined Gapingvoid Culture Design Group in 2019 bringing over 14 years of experience leading strategic functions at the nation’s largest healthcare systems. Prior to joining Gapingvoid, Erica was the Director of Strategy for Talent Acquisition, Labor Optimization, and Workforce Planning at Parkland Health & Hospital System (Parkland). Erica oversaw strategy for a workforce of over 12,000 employees where she helped leaders transform undeveloped talent strategies to save money and improve patient outcomes.
Prior to Parkland, Erica served as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Business Operations for Be the Partner, a patient engagement software company she co-founded in 2013. Erica has also held senior roles at 5 AM Solutions, Inc and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. She led strategic eBusiness initiatives for large healthcare companies and the Chief Business office within the Veterans Health Administration and the Department of Defense.
Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from The University of Maryland and a Master of Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She is an active mentor for The Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) and an avid marathoner and qualifier for the 2020 Olympic Trials.
