Dana brings more than 20 years of design experience, gained from working with enterprise organizations, agencies, and global consulting firms. By bridging the gap between business, technology, and design, she has helped clients across various industries achieve transformation by prioritizing human-centered approaches and understanding the underlying causes of complex problems. Dana has collaborated with companies to design and implement new software, improve existing software, and develop future visions to support strategic goals.
Dana has played a key role in growing and nurturing experience design teams, fostering expertise in product design, strategy, and research. She has also led cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, ensuring end-to-end alignment with desired outcomes. Leveraging her people management skills, Dana finds fulfillment in coaching, mentoring, and guiding others toward their own growth and career success.
Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Penn State University and has completed graduate coursework in design and art education. She is also certified in user experience (UXC) by the Nielsen Norman Group.
In her free time, she creates artwork inspired by her passions, such as family, food, and shoes. Some of her artwork has been exhibited at national juried art shows. She resides in Charlotte, NC.
