You spend a couple of decades, your hear a lot of people in business with all these very fancy plans.
Fancy plans, the majority of which never pan out out, somehow.
Which is why I’m looking forward to reading Tom Peter’s latest book, “The Excellence Dividend”. For years, Tom has been advising people to stop worrying about the robots, and start worrying about people who matter to you, then go from there.
We can’t all be Jeff Bezos or Mark Zuckerberg. But we can all be more human, we can all strive for excellence, we can all be more helpful than the next guy.
