“Action is the foundational key to all success.” Most people want to be successful, yet so many folks are afraid to take the action necessary to be successful. For many people that action requires real change, and change scares the heck out of almost everyone. We think about the steps we need to take in order to move people closer to the realization the change must happen- being the catalyst that drives change. Moving your organization to really understand that nothing happens when things stay the same is such a ridiculously simple idea that you’d think everyone would understand, but often they don’t. This is a little reminder for where those decisions are made 🙂 |
