Good things can’t be forced.
They can be chased, or planned, or try-and-fail attempted, but they have to come from some kind of spark.
Because not everyone is an innovator.
This isn’t to say that innovators can’t be made; few people can create (and create, and create) without having to train themselves to enjoy the process. But that person is always a certain “type” of person. Someone who’s willing to fail.
Businesses won’t survive if they can’t recover from a fall. People won’t grow if they won’t take that risk.
