It’s an obvious enough idea: That a company is much more than a bunch of people making and selling products, that there’s a whole OCEAN of human interaction of the most meaningful kind happening.
Yet, as we enter a world where changing jobs every 18 months- heck, changing CAREERS every 18 months- is normal, this idea is easily lost.
