One where you have a lot more information at your finger tips, and the trick is not necessarily having the knowledge, but knowing how to make things happen.
No matter how large the business, there is a thirst for people to think like entrepreneurs. Be focused on outcomes. think laterally, un-silo their thinking and act like the kind of ‘entrepreneurial founders’ who change the world.
