This image represents a truth that is becoming better known.
i.e. Culture is key to corporate results. It is what delivers a great product, optimized operations, and powerful marketing. It is the operating system of your business.
And yet it’s so often overlooked. Hence the NIMBYism:
“Hey, that all might work in Silicon Valley, but this is Michigan, dammit. This is Western Pennsylvania, dammit”.
The news is this position gets less and less tenable by the day. Culture matters. A lot. And the companies who are winning are the ones who understand this. Exactly.
