Management loves the word, “Innovation”.
Why? Because it allows it them to say what they mean, without having to use the word, “Creativity”.
“Creativity” makes the grownups blush.
But that, thankfully, is changing. Leaders in business are starting to FINALLY understand that creativity isn’t something you just farm out to the sexy boutique firms in New York or London.
Creativity is not window dressing.
No, it’s something that’s integral to both the actual culture, and to actual performance of your organization.
Otherwise you‘re just not going to be able to innovate and you will not be able to compete.
It’s a new world.
