“Creativity at scale” is a nice idea. It’s the lifeblood of large organizations. The companies who can execute more good ideas, more often, win over time etc.
The trouble begins when you think it can be replicated without great added costs or great effort to yourselves, that all you have to do is hire a few consultants, hire a few intern designers, pull a few levers and Voila! Instant masterpieces 24/7.
