A real leader won’t throw themselves into a corner office with a door — they’ll sit with their team. Their job isn’t just to give directions, after all; it’s to work with teammates to do the best job possible. In a way that involves and includes everyone.

There is a reason, in open space, you can work more freely than close chamber.
If you speaking about in respect to Boss and Employee context then it depends on environment of that particular company…
I always imagined, I am working in Garden with laptop and I am productive also.
But I am still in Office, sitting on chair with desktop 🙁 😀
