What do warring tribes do? Lots of bad stuff, but having a good ol’ chit chat round the campfire goes out the window pretty quickly.
And this works the same way inside companies. No, you can’t be friends with everybody; no, you can’t rely on everybody 110%.
But you can make good communication a priority. You can live it like you mean it, regardless of where you are in the company food chain.
