We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our vibrant team with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

We are searching for someone who is hands-on, hyper-organized, learns quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-production environment. If you love getting shit done, picking up the phone, and finding solutions, this job might be for you.

While there is no "average day," some key responsibilities include administratively supporting our CRM & Business development, recruiting, event organization and internal operational efforts. The Administrative Coordinator will work closely with the Leadership Team to support and help develop our administrative and operational processes and report to Emiliana Arteche, Gapingvoid's Executive Administrator.
