As you all already know, we are in the business of helping organizations change their culture for the better.
And our experience has led us to understand that in order to have real positive change, for there to be *actual* progress, the one essential ingredient is “Mutuality”.
In other words, there has to be some kind of mutual respect. With any culture big or small, be it a nation-state or a private company, you need both sides to give each other the benefit of the doubt, you need both sides to be accountable to the other, you need both sides to trust the other.
Or else it simply is not going to work.
So instead of getting anywhere, we just stay in our silos and scream till we’re blue in the face.
