2016, it’s been a hell of a ride.
2017, let this be the year of meaning.
In his book Man’s Search For Meaning, Victor Frankl writes:
“Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”
It’s not what happens to you: it’s how you react.
You are the one responsible for ascribing meaning.
This meaning is your greatest choice.
This was the big mind switch I experienced recently. Me and my gf started selling our art online and of course, we have a blog. We are traveling the world while creating photography and dropship the prints, so we decided to write some articles like “7 things you should do in these paradise islands” (www.tokkipow.com) and then it hit me. I don’t wanna sell stock photo experience bullshit. I wanna talk about the real thing. Suddenly I feel much better, even if that means less money. Anyways, thanks!

Absolutely agree. We must find meaning and communicate it with truth.
