Immediately takes me to the illustration in Kurt Vonnegut, Breakfast of Champions
Perhaps his was v1.0. In that case, yours scares the hell out of me because all this 2.0 stuff is supposed to be interactive…

Do a search for Eric Spitznagel’s project Vanagaught’s Asterisk. Its a blogspot blog if I remember correctly and a bunch of writer’s reimagined the original drawing with illustrations of their own assholes.
Lovely.
