ohh, so glad you added that one Hugh…I’m back and ready for more action. I read all of The Cluetrain on holiday (at last) and this works well as my takeaway from that book.
there are plenty of folks inside Microsoft looking to change the system from the inside but we need to take more risks, tell more stories and appreciate that the change could be slow so not lose faith.
This cartoon isn’t aimed at Microsoft, Steve. I was thinking of it more in terms of ANYONE who wants to make a difference, but feels a bit overwhelmed by their corporate culture.
