Congrats to my friend, Seth Godin on the release of his new book, “The Dip”. Also, thanks to his publishers, Portfolio for sending me complimentary copies of the book and the audio CD.
Hmmm…. the cartoons in it look somewhat familiar.

Hugh: LOVED your cartoons in the book! Esp. the one at the bottom of the Dip. You and Seth make a good team.

Supposedly, we don’t live too far from each other.
I wonder if I could ever be lucky enough to run into this gentleman in the grocery store instead of having to go into the city to hear him lecture.
Let’s see, I can spend $50 for a book and go into the city OR hang-around the produce section at Stew’s. I guess I’ll be catching the train to Grand Central.

Hugh, as usual, you’re being a bit too humble.
Without the cartoons, the book is nothing but a pamphlet. I’m really lucky to have had the chance to work with you. You should sell the originals!

Thanks for the kind words, Seth…. It was fun to do the cartoons, but it’s still a great book, with or without them…. All credit to you.
I think the “chess piece” one is my favorite of the series…
