Believe it or not, this image was inspired by the Lord of the Rings. I sat there watching the trilogy for the millionth time on a sick day off from work.
I thought about bravery and purpose and how those two qualities were intact in Frodo’s character.
The reason why Frodo was successful in the end, wasn’t because he was unsure of his mission. No, he knew more than anything that he had to save human kind. He was more sure of his mission than he was of anything else.
I think there is something in this for all of us.
Success is about asking yourself “What am I here for?”, then living as if you’ve actually answered that. Living as if you know it to be true more than anything else.
Essentially, success is a choice, not an event.
