Like Simon Sinek said, great works comes out of the “why” of it, not the “what” of it.

You could put it all behind you, how it felt back when you were at the bottom of the food chain.
Or – you can use that feeling to help others (like you) succeed.
I often say that a good leader is one who doesn’t ignore problems.

I designed it as something to “signal” a very clear message to the troops: We’re here to be inspired, and if we’re not, we’re in trouble.
But I say to my beleaguered HR friends, take heart, for it has never been a better time to be in HR business.
Why? Because company leaders are finally beginning to understand the importance of company culture in creating desired outcomes. And HR is in the front line of that.
