This a riff on Sun Tzu’s The Art Of War, the most famous book on military history ever written.
The gist is, all other factors being equal, it’s nearly impossible to beat an army that is better organized than yours, no matter how brave your warriors.
But organization is just once part of generalship. There’s also the ability to lead, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. But those, too, have to be learned before the battle starts. Those, too have to be inherent in the general’s DNA.
