[This cartoon went out in the newsletter earlier today. You can buy the print here etc.]
One day I drew a fun little picture of a whale, just for the hell of it.
Then I added a line about “meaning” that I had written on Twitter earlier that day, just for the hell of it.
Somehow it worked.
Hey, I like whales…
Speaking of whales and not having a meaningful life on autopilot, what about the lives of whales? Are their lives meaningless? After all, the behavior of whales, like the behavior of most every other living thing, seems to be on autopilot. How about the lives of trees?
(psst, love your doodles by the way)
I presume it is a Pilot whale? Love it lots.
I love whales, too. I also like the quote. Unfortunately, I can’t think of anything wise and “meaningful” right now. đ So maybe I should get off of “autopilot”
I hope you won’t mind too much, but I copied your “meaningful” cartoon and put it on my desktop. It’s a good reminder.
Thanks
KaiKai
I guess the theme is doing something on an epic, whale-ish scale đ

Why did you choose a whale in the picture?
