Here’s a note on free shipping when ordering through Amazon.
I ordered the book along with another product, and was supposed to receive free shipping. However, the free super saver method was disabled at checkout. If you email or chat amazon after the fact, they’ll remove the charge. May have something to do with combining a pre-order with a regular item.
