Something is grammatically wrong…
It always adds to my annoyance when I get that message.
It should say “Something technical is wrong.” Otherwise, they’re saying:
“Well TECHNICALLY something’s wrong, but not really…!“
Yes, OK I’m a pedant. I’ll leave now. LOL

This is classic You should ask Twitter to use your graphic in place of their own. I’m sure people could use a change. So they don’t become Error Blind.
