    I like your new artis­tic direc­tion. It feels much less res­tric­ted than your pre­vious stuff and has a cathar­tic tex­ture to it. I find that when I visit your web­site I usually go away fee­ling both rela­xed and smar­ter. Rela­xed because I draw car­toons too (check out my blog if you feel like it: http://spinachflame.wordpress.com/) and I take ins­pi­ra­tion from your “steady Eddie”, don’t-quit-your-day-job approach. Thanks for always sta­ying so posi­tive. I also feel smar­ter because of your great insights into mar­ke­ting and social objects. Take care and enjoy your time in Texas.

    Do you think the broa­de­ning of scope is due to the big sky out there? The expan­sive view in Big Bend country seems to lead you to the big by making you feel so very small. If it only had the silver-gray and sage-greens of Cen­tral Texas.…
