Hi Phil,
They're expensive, yeah. But they're hand made, lovingly finished, last forever and no two are alike. Not for everyone… But that's okay. I'm selling enough that I've had to hire help to work on the pre-production and finishing. Luxury ain't cheap.
Note to Hugh: Had an inquiry the other day that mentioned your post and also netted an interview in Tattoos for Men Magazine (whose editor freakin' loves your blog!).

Hey Hugh!
Thanks for the emails and the post.
I was mid launch of a new thing when you posted this, so it took me a moment to step out of fast forward mode and drop by… I just posted an exhaustive study of eCommerce tools for blogs that should be of value to anyone doing the Global Microband thing. Blogs as Stores: A Comprehensive Overview of Ecommerce Solutions for Bloggers
I think some of your readers might dig that one.
In conjunction, I wanted to launch the Hacks for Hire a la carte code store at TypePad Hacks which makes it easy to update your (TypePad) blog with new features by just clicking a button to get it done fast. Curious to see how busy that gets! ;-)
