    OMG Hugh, Home run.
    I am defi­ni­tely going to use this one in a post on hand­ling hec­klers and dif­fi­cult ques­tions when you pre­sent. Most hard ques­tions are dri­ven by the questioner’s inse­cu­ri­ties and short­co­mings, not by anything mis­sing from the presentation…!

    Where on earth did you derive that from? I would say that anyone inti­mi­da­ted by hard ques­tions from an audience is pro­bably the one most inse­cure and filled with shortcomings.
