    I think with Blue Mons­ter you are egging MS on towards “cham­pion and chan­nel” (cham­pion ideas and ini­tia­ti­ves, then chan­nel resour­ces towards where they might take shape in a loose con­fe­de­ra­tion of skunk­works), as oppo­sed to “com­mand and con­trol”.
