I'm sure that the buggy makers thought that the real problem was not Henry Ford, but the fact that people really didn't understand how good the buggies were. I don't use Microsoft products because they just don't match my requirements. No amount of spin, marketing, advertising, blogs or personal recommendation will ever change that. Changing the product might (but Vista was a wrong turn; a case of chrome over functionality; reminds me of the Edsel) And no, I don't use Linux either.
