  6. ohh, so glad you added that one Hugh…I’m back and ready for more action. I read all of The Clue­train on holi­day (at last) and this works well as my takea­way from that book.
    there are plenty of folks inside Mic­ro­soft loo­king to change the sys­tem from the inside but we need to take more risks, tell more sto­ries and appre­ciate that the change could be slow so not lose faith.

    This car­toon isn’t aimed at Mic­ro­soft, Steve. I was thin­king of it more in terms of ANYONE who wants to make a dif­fe­rence, but feels a bit overwhel­med by their cor­po­rate culture.
