The folks in that video are all very happy to be there. In fact for many of them it’s the high point of their lives — working at E&Y. That’s what our modern educational system has given us, a world of sheep who would opt for humiliation and the safety of a corporate position over the freedom of free agency.
Unfortunately for many of the so-called educated class in the western world, the option of free agency has been breed and educated out of them by the time they are out of college.
Or maybe fortunately since there are that many more opportunities for the rest of us.

Look careful at the opening frames — it’s a recruiting vid.
If you do not have the mentality of a 19-year-old, then you’re obviously too old and “mature” for a silly romp.
Recruiting vids are astonishingly cringe-causing. But that’s because you’re older and you find it to be cheesy.
The young kids out there who do the ticking and tying of schedules are also going to see Blades of Glory and 300 in movie theatres. Willing. Paying money to see it.
Not to criticize anyone for knocking the vid — it’s fair game on that front — but remember to keep an open mind.

A valid reason to kill yourself may be a valid reason to kill your boss. In Troy Michigan this morning, Anthony LaCalamita only winged Paul Riva and Alan Steinberg, both partners at Gordon Advisors, PC, where he had worked.
Madeline Kafoury, however, a retired secretary/receptionist who was only helping out during tax season, was killed.
Lesson: Unless you’re sure your coworkers are crack shots, consider wearing body armor to work until you find a better job.

I was able to grind through a few years at EY. It’s not as bad as Lowe’s or Hizzle Dizzle where you have to do the cheer every morning. But that lady would get really annoying when you were trying to make a phone call and was “singing” that song and running through the office.
You should have seen the people that didn’t make the cut!

I think it’s funny how many of the comments are durations of time, as in “I lasted through THIS MUCH of it”.
I made it all the way through. Yes, I take great pride in being able to do this.
Come on, lamers! You missed the “BREAK DOWN”! (“Break down” meaning everything stops except for the vanilla drum beat.) And the part where they SING FASTER AND WAVE THEIR ARMS!! And the part where the guitar player “takes a solo”, only you don’t hear it! OMG!!!
