I’m in the camp of letting it go for one’s own good.
This kind of anger feels energizing, but that’s its worst deception — it is actually destructive.
Perhaps try yoga, walking, and/or a breathing meditation? All of this helps to get the anger out of our systems and creates real energy.

This is exactly how I feel. At one time I feel I could have killed for someone, the emotion was so high, now those feelings have been forced to turn back in on themselves through no fault of my own, and I detest having to live with them. People forget so easily how much inherent aggression men have within that affects everything we do which we feel is of any importance. It is debilitating and energising in equal measure. I live with this very feeling, it doesn’t mean to say i enjoy it.
