I prefer it >100 times over the tablet images.
the feel of ink/paper suits your style better imo.

The new raw format look amateur and poorly produced.
The previous ‘clean’ versions looked fantastic (and they looked great pasted into emails). Now I’d be tempted to clean them up before sending them to anyone..

I like it — they look more like “cartoons drawn on the back of business cards” now, and I love the grain of paper.
I’m betting, though, that widget users prefer the old style, since it might incorporate more easily into blog layouts. And back on white is easier to reproduce.

I’m with Richard — the clean look is better for wallpaper (my work desktop is now “the next google”)
… though the organic look is a little more anarchic (“clean lines? Not on *my* desktop!” etc)

I like the old style better. It’s easier to reproduce on posters, cards, etc.

I’ve posted your stuff on blogs and emailed them to friends. I think the old format works better for these purposes. For example if I were to use one of these as a wallpaper, the old format works better.
While I agree that the message is the most important , it also matters how people use it to share/communicate.

i’m a fan of quick and dirty (draw it, scan it, post it) so i like it. fussy while increasing aesthetics doesn’t add to content, and i’m all about the message, story, inspiration, lesson etc…
