i’m a fan of quick and dirty (draw it, scan it, post it) so i like it. fussy while increasing aesthetics doesn’t add to content, and i’m all about the message, story, inspiration, lesson etc…
I’ve posted your stuff on blogs and emailed them to friends. I think the old format works better for these purposes. For example if I were to use one of these as a wallpaper, the old format works better.
While I agree that the message is the most important , it also matters how people use it to share/communicate.
I’m with Richard — the clean look is better for wallpaper (my work desktop is now “the next google”)
… though the organic look is a little more anarchic (“clean lines? Not on *my* desktop!” etc)

I like it — they look more like “cartoons drawn on the back of business cards” now, and I love the grain of paper.
I’m betting, though, that widget users prefer the old style, since it might incorporate more easily into blog layouts. And back on white is easier to reproduce.
The new raw format look amateur and poorly produced.
The previous ‘clean’ versions looked fantastic (and they looked great pasted into emails). Now I’d be tempted to clean them up before sending them to anyone..
looks nice! But the previous version looked good on white background with no borders and such.
It’s organic, and organic things are pleasant.
Sorry to be a PITA, but I liked the old style much better, especially for wallpaper use.
Love the blog, though.

I like the space.
I love it, removing the unnecessary to add the meaningful etc.

I prefer it >100 times over the tablet images.
the feel of ink/paper suits your style better imo.
Sorry, afraid I’m in the “old school” camp — it definitely looked much better, imho.
Oh my! I thought that said “bush”.….oops.
I’d love the raw format if there were not a secondary outline around the image. One or the other.
