I’m back from the Antarc­tica. Words can’t desc­ribe the majes­tic beauty of our seventh con­ti­nent. I’ve tried to cap­ture some of it in 5000 pho­tos. I wouldn’t sub­ject anyone to that pain but for those of you that are inte­res­ted in some sam­ples, I’ve crea­ted a small (145) set that cap­tu­res some of San­tiago, the Ice and wild­life.

  2. i just recently retur­ned froma trip as well. i was in southeast asia for 5 weeks, and, much like your trip to antarc­tica, words cant really desc­ribe the things that i saw. pic­tu­res, howe­ver, do a pretty good job of cele­bra­ting the pla­ces i went. have a look here.

    it’s a bit sad that it is trips like this (and all other fos­sil­fuel­bur­ning) thats redu­cing the ice and cau­sing som major coming pro­blems.… Nice pic­tu­res though, I guess you have too pho­to­graph the ice while it’s there.
    (it’s 10 (TEN) degrees cel­cius the 7th of decem­ber in swe­den!!! It’s not normal.)
