scoble pub crawl
If you’re looking for something to do this Friday afternoon [December 1st], Robert and Maryam Scoble and myself are meeting at 1pm at the statue of Eros in Piccadilly Circus. Then we’re off on a pub crawl.
Anyone who fancies a good day out is welcome to turn up. We’ll probably leave around 1.15 for our first pub. If you’re running late, or want to join us later, I’ll have my cell phone with me: 0770 309 9462.

If only I could get a cheap Easyjet flight from the East Coast, I’d hide behind the Eros statue, then jump out and scare the hiccups outta you.

I would love to be there. I’m in the Big Smoke on Wednesday but head back North on the red eye. However, I will let others know as two colleagues are down that day at a conference — expect a call from Andy Green or Simon Collister.

Hi Hugh, been following yr blog for a while and would love to try and get the opportunity to meet you all on friday afternoon. May I make a few suggestions for pubs in soho on yr crawl, just north of eros, heading behind the big ads. There’s the coffee house pub on the corner of Beak Street and marshall street? There’s endurance pub on berwick street which has great food at lunchtime? Across the road from endurance is the blue posts on the corner of berwick and broadwick street… Finally there’s always the sun and thirteen cantons pub opposite microsoft offices on great pulteney street?
