Its rare to find anyone who actually believes in the future. Let alone wants it!

    Hugh -
I just spent a day in Cincinnati, OH looking at a new Very Light Jet called the Eclipse 500. The founder and company chairman is Vern Raburn, formerly of MSFT.
It hit me while I was looking at the aircraft that Vern is basically re-inventing the general/business aviation market. He had to invent a company to do it, but he has successfully built a jet that costs less than some sophisticated piston planes and most turboprops.
If you ever get a chance to check out the Eclipse — do so — it may inspire your thoughts on Re-invention and the geeks inheriting the future.
    Kindest regards,
    Steve
