On August 8th Business 2.0 did a very interesting piece on British Telecom and how they have completely turned around their fortunes in recent years.  All based ona plan that Ben Verwaayen the CEO scribbled on the back of a napkin a few years ago.  As a flyover in the states I have no idea how well the systems that the article discusses work, but it seems like they actually &quot;get it&quot;.
