    I defi­ni­tely know what it’s like to feel small — trying to start an avia­tion mar­ket­place on a limi­ted bud­get against esta­blished com­pe­ti­tors. But by the same time it also feels good to know that you are doing something that could change the way the industry works.
    Hugh — I don’t know if you feel small — but your impact has a far grea­ter reach than you could imagine.
