summertime…
It’s high summer, it’s hot as the dickens outside, and half of Western Europe is on their month-long summer vacation.
I’m supposed to be uber-motivated at the moment, and I simply am not. Neither is anyone else, it seems. Every one I know is buggering off to some small Greek island, the South of France or wherever.
Somebody wake me up when Autumn arrives…

Not me, Sir! I’m also sitting in the economic periphery of the United Kingdom (Lincolnshire, in my case), but actually getting on with quite a few projects.. the only pesky thing is all those noisy kids on holiday..
And I’m sat here in sweltering Berkshire swatting bluebottle flies that hatch by the million at the racing stables behind the house.
I call them horse-arse flies.
Could really do with a week at Villefranche?
