on talent…
Great point from Jason Calacanis:
As I tell folks on our team, there are three types of people in the world:
People who make stuff.
People who sell stuff.
People who support the first two groups of people. That’s really it… I’m a servant to my people. I am here to serve (as a wise, wise man once told me), and if the talent ain’t happy then I’ve failed. The problem is sometimes the support folks think they’re the talent.

What do you think of people who train/teach? are they selling knowledge, or are they just part of support?
They are either (A) selling training and education as a service, or (B) teaching people how to sell — their ideas, their skills, etc… IMHO.
