Thanks for the pointer, that was an interesting programme.
In case you want to point people just at the bit featuring Thomas, I've used my McQN.net Real Audio Clip Generator to create a clip pointing to just that section - http://www.mcqn.net/projects/RealClipGenerator/8P6Gsq.ram It'll be valid until the BBC replace the audio stream with this week's programme.

The "In Business" podcast is great! Definitely one of the best IMHO. Once I get my speakers back working (they keep cutting out after about 10 minutes of use out on my IBM notebook), I'll listen to this one!

Listened to the bbc podcast hugh linked to; English Cut's Thomas was great. He makes THE point - "People want to know the proper story behind things; full stop." and so in his blog he provides just that - as he says "here is the truth behind it" - not revolutionary rocket science, just a respectful way to speak to people and not use any marketing spin.
I must also mention a great piece about the Slow Food movement which also chimes for people following the co-creation philosphy. The founder re-brands consumers "co-producers" - it's great. See you all at the Terra Madre event in Turin in October!
