    Hugh,
I have PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) and for eight years I tried to get pregnant. After about six years, I realised I had to bury the baby I had invented in my heart. It was a heartbreaking day. I grieved as if that imaginary child were real. I ached and cried and sobbed for hours, weeks, months, years.
A thousand miracles followed that sad day, and somehow faith found strength to leap. I’m pleased to say that our miraculous daughter, Grace, is now 9 months and 6 days old.
I get all the joy of being a proud mummy, but that’s not to say I don’t completely and painfully understand the emotion of “A Mother Weeping”. I think you got the feelings 100% right, Hugh.
    A very special drawing,…
    Anna.
