Nice thought from Tim:

Everyone wants to feel as if they are a part of something important. You, me and just about every person I’ve ever met. So let me ask you this.. what is your purpose? As a leader what do you convey to the people under you?

Things employees can learn from me…
    - Breaking horses doesn’t train somebody for leadership
    - Falling from horses doesn’t improve somebody’s IQ, especially if it was questionable to begin with
    - Irrational violent behavior isn’t limited to the Postal Service
    - Defenestrate is a verb
    - It’s good to work on the ground floor (See Defenestrate)
    Oh, you wanted nice thoughts…

  3. In a perfect world, I’d like to think I can help people learn the power of perseverance, the value of adapting and the ability to keep creating even when faced with limited resources. However, someone else needs to teach me the power of time management…

I hope the first thing they learn is that they’re not really under me at all.
