Ahh if only it was that simple. You can create a culture in a start-up, although that’s likely to be only a few people.
Culture CHANGE is the challenge. You can go all guns blazing and force it though, accepting the casualties, or you can get exciting and get people motivated to join the revolution — but it’s not easy, and unfortunately I’m finding it’s also a very slow process

Technically, we don’t create the culture. We create the community that creates the culture.
On second thought, any comment that starts with “Technically…” should be soundly thrashed, but I’m too lazy to rewrite it.
